The Kinks – Kinda Kinks (2022 Reissue, Heavyweight Black Vinyl)
The second Kinks album, originally released in 1965, and packed with the energy that made the band one of the defining acts of the British Invasion. Highlights include Tired Of Waiting For You, Dancing In The Street, Come On Now and Something Better Beginning.
A fantastic snapshot of Ray Davies’ songwriting development, balancing infectious pop hooks with the band’s trademark attitude.
