Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your order and we do our best to describe, photograph and grade every record accurately.

If you change your mind about an online purchase, you can let us know within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have a further 14 days to return it to us.

Please contact us before returning anything so we know to expect it.

Returned items should be packed securely and returned in the same condition they were received. Customers are responsible for return postage on change-of-mind returns.

Once your return has been received and checked, we’ll issue your refund within 14 days.

Where applicable, the original standard delivery charge will also be refunded.

If an item has been handled beyond what would reasonably be needed to inspect it and this has reduced its value, this may be reflected in the refund.

Pre-owned records

Every pre-owned record is individually photographed and graded, so the listing shows the actual copy you are buying.

We grade the record and sleeve separately and aim to be as accurate as possible. If you feel an item has been materially misgraded or is not as described, please contact us and we’ll work with you to put it right.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If we have made a grading mistake, sent the wrong item, or your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and, where relevant, photographs of the issue.

We’ll always aim to resolve things quickly and fairly.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
