David Bowie – Peter and the Wolf (1978, Green Vinyl)
Bowie narrates Prokofiev’s Peter and the Wolf, backed by the Philadelphia Orchestra conducted by Eugene Ormandy. This unusual entry in Bowie’s catalogue was originally released in 1978 and pairs his narration with a performance of Benjamin Britten’s The Young Person’s Guide to the Orchestra. This copy is the green vinyl edition with insert.
